# Participation and Reward

Everyone in Synergy can take part in the Marketplace. Researchers can submit verified work. Developers can build new applications from existing assets. Investors can stake $SYNERGY tokens in projects they believe in. Organizations can license solutions for real-world use.

When these activities generate value, the network automatically distributes rewards to all contributors involved in creating or supporting the asset.

This model replaces speculation with participation. Value does not come from buying early or selling fast. It comes from helping the system grow and from creating solutions that matter.
