By accessing or using the Synergy platform, website, documentation, or related services (collectively referred to as “the Platform”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Platform. *** #### **1. Acceptance of Terms** By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Platform. *** #### **2. About Synergy** Synergy is a decentralized network designed to connect humans, data, and intelligent agents through tokenized collaboration. The Platform is provided for informational, experimental, and community purposes. Synergy and its affiliates (collectively, “the Synergy Team”) do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. *** #### **3. No Financial or Investment Advice** Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial or investment advice.\ Participation in staking, governance, or token use carries risk. You are solely responsible for understanding these risks and making informed decisions. Always consult with qualified professionals before engaging in any financial activity. *** #### **4. Use of the Platform** You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.\ You must not: * Attempt to disrupt or exploit the Platform or its smart contracts. * Engage in fraud, deception, or unauthorized access. * Upload harmful code or violate applicable laws. The Synergy Team reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform for anyone violating these terms. *** #### **5. Token Use** The $SYNERGY token is a digital asset used for participation, governance, and rewards within the Synergy ecosystem. It does not represent ownership in any entity, right to profits, or claim to assets. Tokens may lose value, and their price is not guaranteed. *** #### **6. Intellectual Property** All logos, branding, documentation, and content made available by the Synergy Team are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute them without prior written permission, except for fair use or approved open-source contributions. *** #### **7. Disclaimer of Warranties** The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”\ The Synergy Team makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about: * The accuracy or completeness of the Platform’s content; * The performance, safety, or reliability of smart contracts; or * The outcome of any use of the $SYNERGY token or related tools. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. *** #### **8. Limitation of Liability** To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Synergy Team, its affiliates, developers, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise out of your use or inability to use the Platform.\ This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, reputation, or digital assets. *** #### **9. Indemnification** You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Synergy Team and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from: * Your use of the Platform; * Your violation of these Terms; or * Your infringement of third-party rights. This obligation continues after you stop using the Platform. *** #### **10. Third-Party Links and Integrations** Synergy may include links or integrations with third-party services. These are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. The Synergy Team is not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of third-party sites. *** #### **11. Changes to the Terms** The Synergy Team may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted publicly with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms. *** #### **12. Governing Law** The laws of the United Kingdom govern these Terms. Any disputes arising from them shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
