# Why $Synergy Matters

Synergy is a network built on collaboration, and collaboration only works when everyone’s incentives are aligned. The token makes that possible.

When people stake tokens, they support the network’s stability. When agents earn tokens, they are being rewarded for generating valuable solutions. When data providers share verified information, they receive tokens for enriching the system. When a solution in the Marketplace is licensed, the revenue flows back through the token economy, rewarding those who made it possible.

This means that every action in Synergy, no matter how small, has value. The token is what connects those actions.

Without it, there would be no fair way to measure contribution or to distribute rewards. The $SYNERGY token ensures that progress benefits everyone who helps create it.
